Isabel Guillen claims that she is running for city council to promote transparency but she can’t even file accurate campaign finance reports. Isabel has spent money on graphic design, websites, literature, banners, a mailed campaign piece, several text messages and emails. She has easily accrued nearly $10,000 in campaign costs but she has only reported a $2,000 donation and a $2,000 loan. She hasn’t even been elected and she is already keeping things from you.
